Availability
The products available in the online store pfshoes.gr are all immediately available, (IN STOCK). We do not display products that do not exist in our physical warehouse. If in a product the combination of options you have selected does not exist temporarily, you will see the following message: "There are no products of the options selected in stock". You can contact us and express your interest in this product so that we can place a new order immediately.
Shipping
Greece
- We offer Free Shipping all over Greece for orders over 50 €
- Cash on delivery cost is € 2.5
- Shipments are made with the courier company ACS.
- Delivery time is 1-5 working days.
European Union
We offer Free Shipping for orders over € 150. The cost of shipping for orders under € 150 is € 10 including VAT. Shipments are made by Hellenic Post. Delivery time is 4-7 working days.
Terms of use
With an order on pfshoes.gr, you are responsible for the initial shipping costs and the cost of returning back to PF Shoes. This also applies to any shipments that are rejected by you upon delivery.

You can complete an order without creating an account. We suggest you create an account for the following reasons:
- you can pay faster on your next orders - just log in and you're ready to go cashier.
- you do not need to fill in your details again
- you can see your previous orders
- you can request a refund of your order or money
- gift vouchers and other bonuses depending on your turnover

Order
Add products to your shopping cart
When viewing a product on the product details page, you can add the item to your cart after selecting the right options for you, eg color, size, etc. Then, to add the product to your cart, click "Add to cart" button.
Place an order
Once you have added products to your cart, you can see your cart in detail by clicking on the link at the top right of your page in the cart preview. Here, you can see what your cart contains, modify quantities, remove products or return to the product details page by clicking on the product title. Once you have examined the products in your cart, you can continue your shopping or proceed to the completion of your order by clicking "Go to checkout".
Checkout
- By clicking the "Button"Go to the checkoutyou have two options, either log in to your account (if you are already a member) or select "Create Account" if you do not have an account or go to "Pay as a guest".
- When creating an account, you will be prompted to enter your email and password. Then your billing address details. You will also be asked to choose whether the billing address is the same as the shipping address, then you can proceed to the next step. This is the default setting. Or, you can edit your shipping address to a different address by selecting "No".
- Then choose one of the available shipping methods to deliver your order.
- Select the desired payment method.
- To complete your order, click on the "Submit My Order" button. Upon completion, you will be given the details of the order, as well as help with the payment method you have chosen. You will receive an email confirming the details of your order.
Payments
We accept payments via Visa, Mastercard credit cards. Other available payment methods are the deposit in a bank account which is listed on the site and the cash on delivery with an additional charge of 2.5 €.
